STORY:
Before heading to my artist in residence in Itoshima at Studio Kura in April 2025 I spent a few days in Fukuoka. Highly jetlagged and crashing from fatigue I roamed the city on my own. I went from feeling lonely to absolutely high on life. Encountering this playground with cherry blossom basking in the moonlight was a magical encounter.
